Here are photos of when we first joined Wycliffe, and when we went on our “vision trip” to help us decide where to serve overseas.
We moved to Chambéry, France in 2008 to learn French and stayed until early 2009 after which we moved to Congo.
After leaving French study, we moved to Congo and lived there from first term from 2009 – 2011.
We returned to Brazzaville, Congo in 2012 with six-month-old Peregrine in our arms, and stayed until 2013 when we went back to the US to have baby Paladin.
Our third term in Congo lasted from early 2015 to mid-2016. We got a lot done with Bible translation but didn’t make many photo albums.
This year Brazzaville hosted the 11th African Games. Countries came from all over the continent to compete. Admission was free, so we were able to see a few events.
